Please ensure you are available in the lobby 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. From there, you will be promptly transferred to the airport to catch your flight.

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Other Documents : Since the start off the Covid-19 pandemic several countries have introduced passenger locator forms which must be presented at check-in or at immigration. After filling the form are often provided with a QR code or a reference number. Other documents could also be required. that is why it is always important to check what is required for your trip when planning your holiday and ideally verifying the requirements once again closer to your departure dates as entry rules and regulation change on a daily basis.
- All hotels & tours are booked by customer’s choice and consent. Any service or hotel once booked cannot be changed / refunded or compensated based on personal like or dislike.
- Any tours are non-refundable in case NO– SHOW or guest being late.
- Any cancellations regarding tours / transfers would be subject to availability 24 hours prior of scheduled timing & not possible within 24 hours of scheduled timings.
- Excursion tickets / passes are non-refundable once issued / confirmed. - Services marked as NO-SHOW / not availed will not rearranged.
- Should a tour booking be cancelled for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problem. We will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however , based on its availability.
